Decent city centre hotel near the central station from where we could take trains to wide variety of locations. Good spacious rooms, comfy beds. Decent breakfast with variety of cold and hot food. Friendly and helpful staff.

This is a nice hotel in a great central location. It is literally next door to the Central Station, so transportation options are numerous and convenient. A 10 minute walk takes you to the main square and all the sights of the city. The room was comfortable and nicely appointed, with a balcony for watching the scene below. Breakfast was good.

Very good breakfast with multiple choices. Very friendly staff and a big room. Close to everything in the city center. 20 minutes by train from the airport and the train station is 200 meters away. Metro station is also almost below the hotel. If thinking about meetings at Europa quarter, it's 25 minutes walk or 10 minutes by metro. 10 minutes walk to Grand Place.

The hotel is centrally and very conveniently located, but the lobby is an oasis of serenity making you forget about the urban noises outside. The interior design was amazing, the free coffee was great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The taxi company they ordered for us provided excellent service. The sofas in the lobby are comfortable, the room was clean and the mattresses were good.

This hotel has a lot of great things about it. The room and bathroom were very clean and modern. The bed was extremely comfortable and I appreciated the coffee provided in the room and available downstairs 24 hours/day. The staff were very helpful and the hotel was in an excellent location, very close to the central train station and easy walking distance to the Grand Palace, shops, and restaurants.

Great location, the metro station is exactly next to the hotel but you cannot hear any noise. Helpful and friendly staff, Omar was so supportive and gave us all the information that we needed, he is super fast in answering the messages. The room was clean. They also had daily room service. Breakfast was in comparison to what you pay and the breakfast lady was so nice you should definitely ask her for fresh waffles. We would stay here again. Definitely worth your money.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. One of the biggest advantages was its location, very close to the train station, which made it super convenient for traveling. It’s also just a short walk from the city center, so getting around and exploring was easy and stress-free. Ideal spot for anyone visiting the city!

Great location right next to Metro station and a few minutes walk to Central Station - making it easy to get to anywhere in Brussels and beyond. It’s also right next to the Cathedral and about ten minute walk to Grand Place and numerous restaurants and bars. Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and there is a nice general lounge area next to Reception where there is free coffee and you can purchase drinks.

I've stayed at this hotel twice now, and I've it's important to try different rooms before judging a hotel. The location just next to Central Station is super convenient. Staff are very nice and helpful. Rooms are extremely comfortable and cosy, but in this case, cosy does not mean small. Both my rooms were quite large. I only had breakfast during one of my stays, and I found it quite good -- there are actual scrambled eggs, not powdered eggs; but I almost always find hotel breakfasts too expensive, and this is no exception.
